This would put Iron Man above the starjammer Shi'ar spaceship, Kang's damocles base, Taa II (Galactus' worldship which is solar system sized), Celestials' mothership/worldship (One such ship encountered by X-Factor was described as being larger than a moon. Another, encountered by the High Evolutionary, was even larger, comparable in size to a small star (red dwarf). These ships are essentially the Celestials' mobile homes/bases and are vastly larger than any other known spacecraft), Prosh (a special sentient Celestial ship), Helicarriers, Sanctuary (Thanos' ship which can take stellar energies & even withstood a supernova in the exact same issue Iron Man broke through it), Skrull war skrull ships, Fantasticar, Fantastic Four's spaceship (which can withstand the conditions of the Big Bang), Ghost Rider vehicles, vibranium Wakandan vehicles, Ultimo telepresence armor (A.I.M.'s knock-off Ultimo drone), Hulkbusters/other specialized non-standard suits, Kree Sentries, sentinels etc.

Why Sentinels, Sentries, and Hulkbusters Count as "Vehicles" (in a power-scaling context):
Mobile Combat Platforms: They are constructs designed for movement and engaging in combat, similar to a tank or a jet, just in humanoid form.
