Vishte with the magical mysterium Iron Monger armor, had the power to passively melt Crimson Dynamo's armor. Iron Man in his rushed, improvised armor (made due to all of his other ones being unavailable), could withstand some blasts from a Vishte who was willing to kill him at that point. Vishte states a stronger armor even without the perks of the new Iron Monger, would've been strong enough to withstand & beat Vishte. In turn, Belasco feared confronting Vishte's power (or really just even a portion of Vishte's power that was held in Iron Man's repulsword) & wouldn't try to fight because of it. Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Doom sees Iron Man/Tony Stark as one of the most powerful figures out of anyone opposing him. Doom even goes as far as to say that he sees Iron Man as a symbol amongst them (many people such as Doctor Strange, the avengers, the fantastic four etc.) that everyone looks to. Black Widow also even cites the improvised armor as Stark's "junkyard armor", which further reinforces that it is a suit operating below average Iron Man levels -Iron Man (2024) issue #10

Mysterium is a unique metallic meta-material formed by condensing kirbons and is harvested from the White Hot Room (something far beyond even Beyonder for reference). Within it is the power to end worlds. Kirbons are primordial elemental particles which give matter its size, mass and density, making up the basic building blocks of all matter alongside leptons, electrons, and protons. Kirbons can be found in cosmic radiation alongside gamma and X-rays, which led the Leader's experiments to conclude these particles and rays may originate from the same source.
