Onslaught is established as the most dangerous being and Iron Man visually hits him hardest (out of Iron Man, Thor, & Captain America) seemingly taking him out of the fight for a bit. Onslaught wants to decide who has the strength he needs. Onslaught instantly agreed that Hulk possessed more raw power than Thor (which should account for the regular 616, non heroes reborn version too) & followed it up with a lightning strike in Thor's body to gain an advantage over Hulk. As soon as Thor is unable to use Mjolnir, Onslaught takes over the Hulk & uses him to overpower Thor easily. Thor gets punched into the thermosphere where Iron Man saves him after Thor turns into Donald Blake. Iron Man finally decides to attack the Hulk and instantly puts him down with single surprise strike, despite being reluctant because he really wanted to avoid hurting the Hulk https://zippyimage.com/album/iron-man-was-holding-back-hulk.i5f1E Onslaught essentially uses Iron Man as his top vessel afterwards, boasting about how even Hulk & Thor were destroyed due to being inferior. When attacking Captain America, Onslaught considers Iron Man capable of shattering the shield that actually managed to hurt him. This is the same arc/event where Hulk did a punch that destroyed the Marvel Universe (per canon 616 reimagining/retelling of the Hulk's armor breaking punch on Onslaught that directly lead to this series/era of Marvel in the first place). Adult Tony did not actually exist when all heroes died from Hulk's universe busting punch.
