Hood with just two infinity gems is much stronger/more powerful than Red Hulk who is cited to be even tougher than Green Hulk in this specific story. Hood uses a serious attack with three infinity gems that nearly kills all other avengers present, while Iron Man recovers first, fairly unscathed. The Thing (Ben Grimm) feels utterly outmatched & was afraid to even confront Hood when he was back down to just two gems (due to Red Hulk luckily stealing one), whereas Iron Man doesn't hesitate to try to attack Hood again -Avengers (2010) issue #11
